Unisensor strengthens its distribution strategy with a new agreement with Enalees for its veterinary diagnostic solutions
Under this agreement, Enalees will distribute MastiSensor® and RespiSensor™, Unisensor's two diagnostic tests for bovine health, across a broad territory covering Europe and North America.

MastiSensor® - Rapid diagnosis of bovine mastitis
MastiSensor® is a rapid point-of-care diagnostic test that identifies, in approximately one hour, the 7 major pathogens responsible for bovine mastitis, along with a beta-lactam resistance gene (blaZ). Based on isothermal PCR technology (LAMP), the test requires no prior DNA extraction and works from a milk sample of just 25 µL.
By enabling rapid and accurate pathogen identification directly on the farm, MastiSensor® supports targeted antibiotic treatment and helps reduce milk losses, improving both the health management and the economic performance of dairy herds.
Pathogens detected: Gram-positive bacteria, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus uberis, Streptococcus dysgalactiae, Klebsiella sp., Enterococcus sp., blaZ.
RespiSensor™ — Rapid molecular diagnosis of bovine respiratory pathogens
RespiSensor™ is an innovative molecular test based on isothermal LAMP technology, capable of detecting, within approximately one hour, the 7 major viral and bacterial agents involved in Bovine Respiratory Disease (BRD). Compatible with a simple nasal swab, it delivers results directly in the field, enabling veterinarians to make an early diagnosis and administer targeted treatment without delay.
By reducing diagnosis time from several days (external laboratory analysis) to approximately one hour, RespiSensor™ helps limit the economic losses associated with BRD and fully addresses the current challenges of combating antimicrobial resistance.
Pathogens detected: Histophilus somni, Mycoplasma bovis, Pasteurella multocida, Mannheimia haemolytica, Bovine coronavirus (BCoV), Bovine parainfluenza virus 3 (BPIV3), Bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV).
This partnership with Unisensor fully aligns with Enalees’ vision: to provide veterinarians with reliable, rapid diagnostic tools that can be used directly in the field. By integrating Mastisensor® and RespiSensor™ into our Rhéa® range, we are strengthening our ability to support rural veterinarians in managing major bovine diseases, while contributing to more responsible
